GREENSTONE TO SELL MILTON PARK

slew of office towers have hit the market. And in one case (Promenade II), offers will be coming in next week.

Sources tell us that Greenstone Properties in its partnership with Talcott Realty Advisors has put 100 and 200 Milton Park up for sale. We previously reported that Greenstone's De Little (who recently partnered with CRE vet Chris Schoen) was considering a sale of the 320k SF office park. It's no longer just a consideration. Almost fully leased, the project, part of a larger mixed-use campuscalled Milton Park, could attract strong offers from investors seekingcash flow. Eastdil Secured is marketing the project. Sources tell us the project could fetch as much as $170/SF.

It's not the only building for sale in Atlanta. Eastdil, of course, is also marketing Promenade II, with offers expected next week, sources say. And CBRE's famed investment sales team led by Will Yowellhas 1200 Ashwood (seen here) up for sale on behalf of LNR Partners. LNR's website, which shows the 183k SF asset at less than half leased, indicates there's a "pending contract" on the property. We'll let you know when we do.
