GOLD KISSING A BUYER?

We may need to hire a private investigator on this 'cause we got a real mystery on our hands. The former Gold Kist HQ may be sold to a developer who has a big tenant in tow. We just don't know who. (If Magnum, PI is available, he'd be our first choice.)
 
We spoke this morning with Binswanger's Jim Medbery (right, with Jeff Binswanger) who tells us the  262k SF JBS Realty-owned office building on Perimeter Center Parkway is ?under agreement with a contract pending.? The building has been on the market  since Gold Kist vacated early last year. As for who is buying it, Jim was mum but told us ?a landlord developer that has a use for one of [its] clients, which is a user.? We'll keep you posted as this, hopefully, moves forward. (We'll also let you know if we find out who's been haunting the old warehouse.)
