| We found Decatur City Mayor Bill Floyd, ArchiTech Partners and Decatur Station co-owner Jack Honderd, and State Senator Jason Carter on hand for the powering up of the Downtown Decatur mixed-use project's solar array, a 531-photovoltaic panel arrangement that will produce an equivalent of $32K a year in energy. A portion of the more than $870K project was funded by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and the US Recovery Act. Radiance Energy installed the solar panels on this project. So that's why Jason is correctly looking up. |
