Developers of a proposed 270k SF Coweta County power center are dusting off plans and have resubmitted them for regional development approval with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for some proposed traffic tweaks. Abernathy Timberlakes Steve Gautley says, Were just cleaning up some things right now with the proposal, but declined to comment beyond that for our story. The development is proposed along the northeast quadrant of State Route 34 East and Fischer Road. Colliers International is marketing the property but was unreachable for comment.
