Yes, it supplies the city with heating gas. But now, AGL Resources is going to supply one lucky real estate firm with some work in the coming months. We jumped out of our car in the middle of Piedmont Place to take this of 10 Piedmont Place, the current HQ for AGL Resources. Sources tell us that may not be the case forever. The firm is scouting the in-town markets for 150K SF  or more with Cushman & Wakefield's John Izard  and  Ian Henderson. Ian and John declined to comment. AGL had little else to say to us as well, but confirmed that its lease at 10 Piedmont does expire in March 2013. In an e-mail response, AGL's  Tami Gerke says the company ?will continue to leverage the long-standing relationship with our brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield to stay abreast of current trends in the Atlanta real estate market.?
