Remember when we told you that The Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center was under contract? Well, it's potential new owner revealed more about the full-service, 252-room Midtown hotel. Namely, it's average occupancy and RevPAR from 2010 to 2012. According to an SEC filing by American Realty Capital Hospitality Trust (which is buying the hotel from Crestline Hotels & Resorts), average occupancy inched up from 68.4% in 2010 to 70.5% in 2012, while more impressively, RevPAR climbed from $87/room to $95.96/room.
