At the Georgia PAC's ICSC pre-conference bash at Cinco's Mexican Cantina in Cumberland/Galleria, DLC Management Corp's  Michael Puline (here with Bayer Properties' Trevor O'Connor) showed off his Google Glasses. (Imagine the picture he got of us.) He was given a first crack at the highly anticipated wearable appliance as part of Google's "explorer program," Michael says. "I had to fly out to Google to get them." Besides using them to film him driving his car or jumping on a trampoline with his son, Michael says he actually has used them on property tours to show clients the interior of spaces without them having to physically be there.Prudential Georgia's  Dotene Stephens just helped Argos  ink a 30k SF deal at Windward III in Alpharetta. What's special about this is it's an HQ relocation from Dallas. Transwestern's  Greg Frankum brokered the deal for the landlord.
