FrontDoor Plants In West Cobb

It didn't take long for FrontDoor Communities to unveil its latest Atlanta project. On the heels of us reporting it entered the Atlanta market with a Downtown Roswell project, the firm plans to head to Cobb County (a popular spot these days) for a new 24-home project called Copperleaf. FrontDoor's Eric White says the community, to be located off Stilesboro Road in West Cobb, will have access to Kennesaw Mountain High School, which he says "only adds to the value of the homes," starting in the low $400k's. (And adds to the value of the school, since you can sneak home for lunch... except on pizza day.) The firm will break ground early next year, he says.
