Franklin Street

Franklin Street VP of business development for management services Doug Linneman (here with the cutest family ever) tells us Atlanta is the new Florida. Although Georgia historically follows Florida in real estate trends, foreign investors are setting their sights first on Hotlanta, with sweet projected returns for even Class-C properties (because of their cheap acquisition price well below replacement cost). Developers are also gobbling up infill sites within the 285 loop. In the Southeast, Franklin Street's third-party management division oversees  4,000 apartment units  and  5M SF of commercial property. The company's investment sales teams have recorded $80M in sales YTD with its Atlanta team (led by  Jake Reid— multifamily, and Mac McCall— retail) accounting for $50M of that awesome stat. Franklin Street's services also include capital advisory, insurance  and  leasing. Find more info on our sponsorhere.
