That's how Jones Lang LaSalle's  Kay Younglove (right, with colleagues Glenn Aspinwall and Brooke Dewey and Transwestern's Jeremy Adams) characterized midday margaritas and Coronas during last week's JLL and Behringer Harvard broker event at Ashford Perimeter. The event kicked off a BH promotion that will award an all-expenses-paid  trip for two to Florida's Hawk Cay. In the meantime, Jeremy here got $500 richer at the day's drawing.
