Bryan tells us that Akzo Noble's building at 5555 Spalding Dr is about to be repaired from its fire earlier this year. The company finally got paid by its insurance company, Bryan says, and TPA will act as the company'sconstruction manager on the project. | |

Over a couple of drinks and much chatting, we learned that Stephen just helped Bennett International lease 237k SFin Augusta, and AW&R lease 50k SF at an Atlanta Distribution Center West complex on Boat Rock Road in Fulton Industrial (with JLL's Rodney Davidson representing the landlord). | |
