FEELIN' LIKE A MILLION BUCKS!

At last week's NAIOP  Million Dollar Club awards at the Buckhead Theatre, we ran into these two gentlemen: the ever-famous Bill Hollett with AIG's John Whitaker. Bill just announced he left Parkway Properties to become  SVP at Cousins Properties, leasing such properties as One Ninety One Peachtree Tower, Promenade, and Terminus 100 and 200.
 
Speaking of Cousins, we caught Anton Kotze (letting that red wine breath, like the gentleman he is). He was one of the big Million Dollar Club winners of the night. Other notable winners: Prologis' Jeff Lucas, IDI's  Lisa Ward and Avison Young's Chet Koenig for the industrial category; Hines' Mark Ferris, Daniel Corp's Doug Guedry and Duke Realty's Wes Hardy for the office category; and Shaheen & Co's Calvin O?Keeffe earned NAIOP's Wordhorse award.
Grubb & Ellis ' Dave Watson ( with NAIOP's exec director Debbie Koenig and Dave's daughter Jacy) emceed the event. And yes, as you can imagine, his commentary was  quite colorful.
