We caught up this week with Ackerman & Co's Frank Farrell, fresh from his 30k SF deal with OmniTech Institute. The company inked the lease at Ackerman's Phoenix Office Park, specifically at the 1800 Phoenix Blvd building. The vocational school will relocate from Tucker in a 10-year deal. Frank tells us the South Atlanta location is closer to its student base. It's the latest deal at Phoenix Office Park, following Progressive Insurance, CaroTrans Atlanta, and Woodland International Transport.
