FALLING FOR A BUY

We just got word that Cushman & Wakefield's Stewart Calhoun, David Meline, Samir Idris,  and  Casey Masters helped sell Falls Pointe for Parkway Properties. A nearly  107k SF buildling at 600 Morgan Falls Road, the building was purchased by Southeast Land Investment Partners for an  undisclosed sum (we'll have an update for you later). Most of us, of course, know Falls Pointe better as the US HQ  for  WorldPay.
