Eva has been tapped by owners of Village Place Brookhaven, a 35k SF mixed-use retail center, to market it for an unlisted price. Built in 2008, Village Place has four buildings that, aside from the retail, include nearly a dozen office condos, 41 luxury apartments and eight townhomes (all of which are not part of the sale).
