Embassy Row Has a New Suitor

CH2M Hill may soon call Embassy Row home—sources tell us it's in talks for 100k SF at the mid-rise Central Perimeter office park. (Office consolidations always warm our heart—it's like a family reunion.)

We first reported that this requirement for the org—which helps run startup cities such as Sandy Springs—will merge its locations at 400 NorthPark Town Center and Sterling Point, also in the submarket. Studley's  Monty Harris reps CH2M Hill, while Colliers International's  Deming Fish, who leases Embassy Row, declined to comment.
