Eastdil Wins at Perimeter

Eastdil Secured continues to pick up new, high-profile investment sales assignments. Fresh off winning the battle to market Campanile in Midtown, the team led by uber-office-seller Randy Evans and Mike McDonald snagged the listings for 64 and 66(above) Perimeter Center East. The two buildings comprise more than 500k SF  in the central Perimeter submarket. The former home of Southern Co. and Philips, the buildings are owned by Rubenstein Partners, have lots of vacancy, and offer would-be buyers plenty of upside. We got Mike on the horn yesterday, but he wouldn?t comment. Still, we've got to believe he's happy. Randy and Mike?s retail counterpart at Eastdil, Eric Zimmermann, recently won the assignment to sell Atlantic Station?s Town Center.
