DUNWOODY STATION CLOSE TO SALE

CBRE's Kevin Geiger  tells us that offers on Dunwoody Station are due on the 19th. We first reported last month that CBRE's multi-housing group brought this 530-unit, Class-A property to market, being sold in partnership between Wesley Apartment Homes and Westland/MGS Realty for an undisclosed price. What kind of pricing does Kevin expect? ?We'll just have to wait and see,? he says. ?But the Class-A and B properties are getting their fair share of interest.? Kevin also tells us that he just brought Hadeon Place in McDonough to market, a 250-units, Class-A property built in 2008, now owned by its lender.
