CSH BUYS SENIORS HOUSING

We ran into former Bisnow panelist and CSH seniors housing guruScott Stewart and Walter P Moore's Ray Messer last Tuesday at our Second Annual Washington Real Estate Summit. Scott tells us he's expected to close a $25.1M seniors housing portfolio sale this week, secured by $17M in debt from Freddie Mac. And why would you care? Because the portfolio is seniors housing here in Atlanta— one in Cobb County and the other in Tucker.
