| We snapped Fidelity National Title's Melissa Hall and Hartman Simon's Lori Kilberg at last week's CREW luncheon focused on adaptive reuse. The panel discussion covered King Plow, City Hall East, White Provision, and Puritan Mill. (If you didn't know, Lori is also CREW's president this year.) These properties get to benefit from historic tax credits and often bring a live-work-play element to generally industrial areas. Katharine Kelley with Green Street Properties said that City Hall East will have six acres of rooftop rainwater collection. Figures: The weatherman only called for five. |
