CRE STARS AND BARS

At our Bisnow Power Networking  event last Wednesday at the Cantina Taqueria and Tequila Bar in Buckhead, the HITT men came out for a night of glamor and glitz (and margaritas). HITT Contracting was the sponsor of our event, which drew  more than 200. Above, HITT?s Erick Kandler, Todd Jeffcoat, Andrew Fisher,Rusty BarrettBrian Kilpatrick, and  Shaw Overstreet  enjoying the taquitos and cervezas.

We also ran into HITT?s Kristi Wetherholt and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's  Steven Katz. Steven tells us he recently inked a 4,000 SF deal  for Atlanta Cardiology & Primary Care at St. Joseph?s Doctors Center IV; SK Commercial Realty's Tom Kirby repped the building ownership.
 
We chatted with RegusHQ's  Jennifer Cleveland, who tells us the office suite's floor at Galleria 400, nearly completely full, are going to undergo a renovation beginning next month, building out  additional suites.
