As the St. Regis Atlanta prepares to celebrate its first birthday next month, we note it's become the hot locale for CRE party planners. In February, it wooed NAIOP Night, and earlier this month the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors moved its Million Dollar Club Banquet there, which earned glowing reviews from several attendees.
