Cornerstone Eyeing Buckhead MOB

Props goes to Buckhead View for breaking this one. Cornerstone Development Partners has revealed plans to develop a  209k SF MOB at Peachtree and Collier roads, next to Piedmont Hospital. The company released details on the 1895 Peachtree Rd project at the website Showcase.com, where it says it'll deliver the project in 2014, but calls to Cornerstone officials were not returned as of press time. This could be the latest MOB project in the medical cluster around Piedmont Hospital. We previously broke the news that Parkside Partners was underway with phase two of its Peachtree Road MOB called 2061 Peachtree, which is now home to Georgia Hand Shoulder and Elbow.
