| DJ Michael Bull is at it again. We heard him spinning another Top 40 commercial real estate hit on this past Saturday's Commercial Real Estate Show on 1190 AM. The program addressed an interesting trend: Class-A office space is performing better than the rest of the office market. ?A lot of tenants are able to get into nicer office space? at affordable costs, Michael, of Bull Realty, says. To emphasize the point, he had CoStar Group's Chris Macke on the show, who told him that as much as 88% of the new office demandis focused on Class-A space. But Michael cautions this trend may moderate, especially as landlords have been being less aggressiveon incentives on the trophy properties. |
