CHECKING IN WITH IDI

Halfway through the year, IDI  says it's pleased with leasing activity so far, especially in Atlanta. From January to June, IDI tallied leases of more than 3.6M SF. Leasing activity was strongest in Atlanta with five new leases and two renewals totaling just over 1.9M SF. One such lease: Hettich America signed a 126K SF lease at Hamilton Mill Business Center, Building A, above. In addition to leasing, IDI says it has sold $264M worth of existing assets.
