CH2M Climbs Up a Hill to Embassy Row

CH2M Hill has made its selection. As we first reported here, the consulting firm--which helps run startup cities like Sandy Springs--has inked a deal for 97.5k SF at Embassy Row, Building 400. Studley's Monty Harris brokered the deal for CH2M Hill while Colliers International's Deming Fish, Lee Evans, and Scott O'Halloran brokered for the landlord, Ares Management. The move means the firm will consolidate its 200k SF at 400 NorthPark Town Center and Sterling Point.
