Centene's New Dream Home

Barely two months have passed since Scott & Associates picked up the ownership of Circle 75 (and won the lottery of buying next to the future Braves stadium), and the firm already snagged a huge deal. Centene Corp inked a 55k SF office lease at 1100 Circle 75 Pkwy. Cassidy Turley's Kirk Diamond, April Hawkinson,Ã and Erin Smith brokered for the tenant.

We got a chance to talk about this deal with SK Commercial's Tom Parker (who also does leasing for Scott & Associates) during our 2nd Annual Atlanta Data Center Outlook event last week. Tom says it was one of more than 80k SF of deals closed during the initial 45 days of ownership. "It's a great project and fills a niche for tenants." He also tells us everyone there is still stunned about the Braves announcement coming just days after they closed on the office complex from BF Saul.
