We have a couple of other tidbits from last week's Bisnow's 2nd Annual Atlanta Retail Real Estate Summit  at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead. We chatted with Marcus & Millichap's Craig Johnson, who tells us he's about to help sell the Walgreen's at Piedmont and Roswell roads in Buckhead (right by Landmark Diner). While he didn't disclose price or buyer, Craig tells us it's going for a  6.2% cap.
Shumacher Group's Irving Jacobson, Edens & Avant's Bre Wagner, and Connolly Realty's Ed O'Connor  taking advantage of facetime at our event. Ed tells us his firm is waiting for the Kmart at Arbor Square Mall to shutter in May. At that point, Connolly will renovate the anchor store into multitenant retail spaces.
