Bull Adds Space and Brokers

Not only is Bull Realty adding brokers, it's adding locations. This week, it opens a third office in 9k SF on the top floor of Highwoods Properties' 50 Glenlake Parkway. It's part of a broader move by Bull to spread out across the metro area as it vacates 14 Piedmont Center in Buckhead. In addition to Glenlake, it now has a Midtown office on Piedmont Ave and a North Georgia office near the Premium Outlet Mall. Firm founder Michael Bull explains the strategy to us: ?90% of our brokers will save 30 minutes a day commuting. In one month that converts to 10 more hours of productive time.? The firm also has added three new brokers: Sheree Berk, a former mortgage broker who will focus on retail investment properties; Bennett Baker from Marcus & Millichap, industrial; and Doug Johnson, who most recently ran his own firm, office leasing and sales.
