Props to CBRE's Bryan Heller, whom we chatted with earlier this week at our 4th annual Future of Central Perimeter event (we snapped him here with Cushman & Wakefield's David Shope). Bryan and colleague Peter McGuone have just landed the leasing assignment for 3550 Engineering Dr, a 100k SF, Class-A office building in Peachtree Corners that was recently picked up by NYC investors. The facility is located within Technology Park/Atlanta and has some 68k SF of space available.
