We grabbed drinks with Avison Youngs Spencer Bomar and Patrick Arnold (in front of a somewhat frightening picture of a doll)at the lobby bar of The Hotel in Vegas after a day of dealmaking on the floor of the Las Vegas convention center for RECon. The duo gave us some tidbits of Atlanta news, including that they helped Abernathy & Timblerlake prelease Carmike Cinema and Pep Boys to its under-development 400k SF power center called Scenic Exchange in Snellville. Patrick also says they're helping high-end furniture retailer Roche Bobois move from Around Lenox into 333 Buckhead Ave.
