BIG INDUSTRIAL DEALS

Ashley Capital has boxed up  a huge deal in Conyers. (Imagine the building below with a nice wrapping paper and a pretty ribbon.)
 
We just learned that Corrugated Supplies Co, which makes corrugated sheets  that become boxes, has inked a  444k SF, 15-year deal  at Rockdale Logistics Center. Ashley Capital's  Tim Schneider tells us this is an expansion for the company into the Atlanta market. Wiant Commercial's James Wiant brokered the deal for the tenant while LaVista Associates' Bobby Mayson  represented the landlord, Ashley Capital. Corrugated is among a handful of sizable industrial deals getting inked lately.
