| This deal was on top of a recent 80k SF lease with RMR Atlanta, which entered the Atlanta market this year. Metropolitan Realty's Mike Rapp brokered that deal. Seefried has 275k SF left in the 1.1M SF warehouse, owned by High Street Investors. ?I would categorize the activity [in the area] as more organic growth,?
