Carter has gone  mission critical  in Norcross.
 
Carter's publicly traded data center REIT, Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT, purchased Northwoods Data Center, a 33k SF facility in AT 2775 Northwoods Pkwy in Peachtree Corners for $5.3M. Carter reports the facility is fully leased through 2025 to ?a co-location tenant that operates in 10 separate markets and runs a total of 21 data centers,? the company reported to the SEC. An entity controlled by Raulet Properties' Paul Raulet  and Tyler Edgarton sold the property to Carter (with Resource Real Estate's Tom Shafer  and John Hinson brokering).
