We snapped this of Richard Bowers outside his 260 Peachtree Building on Thursday. Dick is fresh from having just refinanced his 270 Peachtree Street tower next door. But as we saw him walking along Peachtree Street, we asked him how things are doing otherwise. "Trying to make deals," he tells us. But really, isn't Dick always doing that? |
