Speaking of Transwestern, the Atlanta office lost one of its top performers: Greg Baxendale has joined JLL with his partner Jeremy Adams. At Transwestern, Greg secured more than $100M in deals during his career. For JLL, Greg's allure is his client list, which includes CareerBuilder.com, CSX Railroad, Mueller Water Products, and even the Big Green Egg grill maker. Jeremy is no slouch, having received the 2014 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors L Frederick Glass Jr Rookie of the Year award for securing $62M in deals.
