ANOTHER MIDTOWN TOWER COMING?

That didn't take long. We'll be seeing cranes again in Midtown for new high-rise construction soon.
 
Novare Group, in a partnership with Batson-Cook Development Co, is moving forward on SkyHouse Midtown, a 23-story, 320-unitapartment building at the corner of 12th and West Peachtree streets. Novare and Batson-Cook put up an unspecified amount of equity and received financing from UBS Global Asset Management for the $60M project (arranged by CBRE's Robert LaChappelle,Jonathan Rice, Paul Berry, and maybe Santa Claus). The project will be completed by Christmastime next year. Ho! Ho! Ho!
