Another Buckhead Building Trades

We caught up with Richard Bowers & Co's Ashley Parker (sans costume) regarding his recent sale. He brokered the sale of 3098 Piedmont Rd, a 42k SF office building in Buckhead for $5.5M, or about $131/SF. Ash and Bowers' Greg Kindred found the buyer--Force Marketing--from cold calling (kind of a staple at the Bowers shop). Kaufman Realty Group sold the property, and Force will occupy the top floor for its offices. When asked if he plans on seeing the new Lego Movie next month, Ashley replied with an enthusiastic “YES!!!” We assume to get inspiration for next Halloween's costume.
