AGG’S RFP

Local law firm Arnall Golden Gregory is scouting the market again for office space. Sources tell us that the firm is tapping Jones Lang's Duncan GibbsBrad ArmstrongRob Metcalf, and Dave Demarest to assist.

 

AGG?s Abe Schear and  Phil Skinner (joined here KBS Realty Advisors? Allen Aldridge last week in pic we snapped at JLL?s breakfast panel at Villa Christina)  are mum on the decision, but sources say the firm is weeks away from sending an official RFP into the market. AGG will likely hit the market with about 125K SF, down from its current 140K SF at Atlantic Station?s 171 17th Street.
