We snapped this last week of Republican Gubernatorial candidate Nathan Deal, who spoke with Democratic candidate and former Georgia Gov. Roy Barnes at NAIOP's September member breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead. Both candidates hammered on challenges the state faces drawing more companies into the region. Roy spoke of the need to improve education and solve water issues: ?I think we've lost our way. I mean, if you were looking to locate in Atlanta, would you do that right now if you're not sure you're gonna have water in three years??
