230 P'TREE TROUBLES

One of Downtown Atlanta's towers is apparently headed to foreclosure. According to the latest Trepp report, lenders for a $28M loan (originated by the late Wachovia) have started foreclosure proceedings on 230 Peachtree St, the 415k SF tower in Downtown Atlanta that is home to Booz Allen Hamilton. The tower, owned by Suncoast Capital, was appraised for $16.7M, according to Trepp. Officials could not be reached by press time for comment.
