Rendering Reveal: Navy Yard's Building 77

The Brooklyn Navy Yard has released new images of its Building 77 redevelopment, a 16-story, 1M SF project that the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp says will up the number of jobs at the Yard by over 40%.

The project’s price tag is $140M, and when it’s complete, it’ll have a food hall that’ll be open to the public and collaborative space for companies with offices in the building and throughout the complex.

It’ll also change the look and feel both inside and outside of the building, since prior to the redevelopment, it only had windows on the top three floors.
