In the second episode of Bisnow's quarantine podcast, "Make Yourself At Home," we hear from Columbia Property Trust CEO Nelson Mills. The firm, traded on the New York Stock Exchange, owns office buildings concentrated in New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. He spoke about easing anxiety within his company, what this pandemic may mean for office space and design in the future, as well as his views on rent relief for tenants.

“We have investors that we are responsible to, we do need to protect their financial interests. But at the same time, we have these long-term relationships with these tenants," he said. "We’ll be understanding, and to the extent that we can help or restructure something creatively to help them out without hurting our investors, we’ll do it.”
