French Ad Firm Signs Biggest Office Lease of 2015

Publicis Groupe renewed its 480k SF at the Rudin Family’s 1675 Broadway, the biggest office lease so far this year. The multinational ad-PR firm has plans to move its World Wide North America division from 950 Sixth Ave and up the company’s existing footprint at 1675 Broadway by 100k SF. That move is on pace for early 2016. Brynam Wood's Joe Thanhauser and Gordon Odgen repped Publicis and VP Rob Steinman repped Rudin in-house. The asking rent was $75/SF.
