| Giants defensive end Justin Tuck and wide receiver Victor Cruz recently joined Beacon Capital Partners and the CBRE leasing team at 32 Old Slip for an “Evening of Champions” broker reception. (The 1.2M SF building has 237k SF of office space available— unfortunately, it doesn't have the 58k SF floorplate required for a football field, unless someone invents a two-level game). The building also contains the state-of-the-art former Goldman Sachs conference center.
