Open the envelope, please... and the winners of REBNY’s coveted Retail Deal of the Year Awards, announced last night at Club 101: Cushman & Wakefield’s Brad Mendelson and Alan Schmerzler for the leasing of the Times Square Theater (most creative deal) and Bloom Real Estate Group’s Scott Bloom for the signing of Key Foods at 55 Fulton St (most significantly benefits Manhattan).
