CBRE Inks Three Industrial Deals In Secaucus

CBRE's Global Port Logistics Group has arranged three lease transactions at two separate industrial properties in Secaucus: 223K SF at 50 Meadowlands Pkwy. for VER, an audiovisual provider; 27K SF at 1 Country Road for David Donahue, a fine menswear retailer; and 9K SF at 1 County Road for Jay Joshua Inc., an import business.

50 Meadowlands Pkwy. is a completely renovated warehouse property owned by Hartz Mountain Industries within Harmon Cove Industrial Park. VER, which also provides rigging and media services, is nearly doubling its footprint from 114K SF in another Hartz Mountain building. The new location will include an office and showroom.

1 County Road, owned by Bhasin Properties, is the only new construction project in Secaucus that provides the flexibility to divide space from 4,700 SF to 123K SF. The 242K SF building is now 25% pre-leased with several more transactions in the pipeline, CBRE said.

CBRE's William Waxman, Mike Shellow, Mindy Lissner, Kevin Dudley, Steven Beyda, Robert Pine, David Gheriani and Kyle Saviano brokered the three transactions. JLL represented David Donahue.
