Core Spaces has acquired a three-year old, 665-bed community at Prospect and College avenues, one block from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
Core Spaces plans to renovate the five-story building before the start of the fall semester. Upgrades will include a fresher lobby, the addition of a 313-space parking garage and an expanded computer lab with new equipment and study group areas.
Additionally, the fitness center will be expanded to 2,500 SF with a sauna and yoga room. The outdoor areas, including fire pits, gaming yards and BBQ grills, will overlook the mountains.
The community is 100% occupied and 85% pre-leased for the 2016-17 school year.
