The Big-Name Tenants In Hudson Yards
One of the largest real estate developments in US history—said to be the largest project in New York since Rockefeller Center—the Hudson Yards mixed-use development will be home to some top brands, including Coach and L’Oreal. Take a look through Bisnow’s list of the big-name tenants at Hudson Yards.
The Related Cos
The Related Cos is the brains behind Hudson Yards—projected to be complete by 2024—and known for its New York landmark Time Warner Center. The first of Related Cos' five towers, 10 Hudson Yards, opened its doors to tenants in the spring and is more than 90% leased.
This luxury retailer is coming to Hudson Yards’ seven-story mall, which will eventually house more than 100 shops. It will take up 250k SF on three floors in the mall.
KKR & Co
Development is underway for this PERE giant’s new digs. KKR—which rose to prominence when it bought out RJR Nabisco for $31B—will move into the 90-story, 2.6M SF tower at 30 Hudson Yards in 2019. The firm's taking 343k SF on the top 10 floors.
Coach inked a deal with Related Cos back in 2013 for 738k SF at 10 Hudson Yards. The signature handbag and accessories brand forked over $530M for the office condo space and will take floors nine through 23 at 10 Hudson Yards.
L’Oreal is coming to 10 Hudson Yards too, taking 432k SF on floors 27 through 36. The beauty leader relocated its corporate HQ to the new building last month, and boasts state-of-the-art décor and sustainable design.
