HOUSTON: Another Galleria Multifamily Gem Coming

Post Properties is showing its love for Houston's Richmond Avenue, building high-end multifamily properties along the road in two Inner Loop submarkets. VP of investments Bart French tells us leasing starts this month on its 242-unit community, Post 510, in the Midtown/Montrose area. And later this year, it'll demolish an abandoned hotel (now where will we film our Scooby Doo remake?) in the Galleria and break ground on a yet-unnamed, 390-unit community. The properties sit 4.5 miles apart in vibrant areas of Houston.
